We are a full home management, maintenance and remodeling company serving the Fairfield County area since 1986.

Richard and Lisa have built the reputation of their company based on quality workmanship, prompt responsiveness and superior service. Our goal is to provide you, the homeowner, with exceptional service and service providers that will make you feel confident that your home is in good hands. Along with our team of professional tradespeople, we can provide any services to repair and/or maintain your home. From plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, roofing and so much more. 

​As a result, will design a service program weekly, monthly or as needed for your home that will meet your individual needs. Whether it's your primary home, weekend home or rental property.

THE TEAM

RICHARD GALLICHIO: Rick owns and operates R&L Home Services LLC along with R&L Electrical Services LLC since it was established in 1986. He has been in the construction industry and is a licensed electrical contractor. With an overall of 40 years of experience, he has built and remodeled numerous homes throughout the Fairfield County area; always maintaining his attention to detail which has made him an asset to his clients. 





​LISA GALLICHIO: Lisa's career includes being an executive and personal assistant to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies which gave her the tools in all aspects of the home management and construction industry. Now, along with Rick, they own and operate R&L Home Services along with R&L Electrical Services since 1986.







​KELLY REPOLE: Kelly joined R&L Home Services in 2016 with the goal to help and manage the family business. Her attention to detail has enhanced the daily office operations and improve the service staff that attends to every home R&L manages, maintains and services.
